The BC Hockey League has announced that the Cranbrook Bucks postponed Friday, Nov. 4 game against the Nanaimo Clippers has been rescheduled to Monday, Nov. 7 at 6:00pm.
The game was unable to be played after a series of travel issues for the Bucks caused the start time to be delayed over two hours, and then a power outage in Nanaimo ultimately forced the league to postpone the game entirely.
More on a whirlwind couple of days for Cranbrook leading up to Friday’s eventually postponed can be found here.
The Bucks game against in Nanaimo on Friday was supposed to be the first stop on a three-game road trip, which also features appearances in Alberni Valley and Coquitlam.
Instead, Cranbrook played its first game of the trip in Alberni Valley on Saturday, before travelling back to the mainland to face Coquitlam on Sunday.
The Bucks will now head back to Vancouver Island to conclude the tour in Nanaimo on Monday before eventually embarking on the return trip home.
