The BC Hockey League announced its three stars of the week on Monday, and Cranbrook Bucks forward Tyson Dyck made the cut for the third time this season.
Dyck tallied six points — all assists — in the Bucks two games last week.
In fact, he assisted on all six goals that the Bucks scored in their pair of contests against the Penticton Vees.
Cranbrook’s leading-scorer now has 33 goals and 41 assists for 74 points in 53 games this season, ranking him among the top-five in each of those categories across the league.
Not only is it the third time this season that Dyck has been the league’s second star of the week, it’s the second time in the last three weeks.
Back on March 7, Dyck was named the BCHL’s second star in a week which also included Bucks goalie Nathan Airey receiving an honourable mention.
